Jefferson Public Library The Jefferson Public Library is located at 321 S. Main St. in Jefferson. Main St. is also Hwy 26. Located two and a half blocks south of the stoplight which is at the intersection of Hwy 18 and Hwy 26. The building is directly across from the Jefferson County Courthouse.
