This year we are offering Online Registration for Summer School!

                                                                                                          

 

You can visit the Jefferson Schools Website at www.jefferson.k12.wi.us for information on Registration, Class Times and Class Descriptions. 

Session 1:  Monday, June 21- Friday, July 9 (no classes on July 5)

Session 2:  Monday, July 12 – Thursday, July 29

****Online Registration starts April 14th at 4:00 PM****

 

If you don’t have access to the Internet at home, we will have computers available for use at Jefferson High School on April 14th from 4-8 p.m. Translators will be available.

Summer School Information:

  • The Jefferson Summer School will be located at the Jefferson High School.  Pre-kindergarten classes will be held at West Elementary, and some sports classes will be at Jefferson Middle School. The Summer School supervisor is Mr. Mike Howard.   There will be class times available between 8:00-12:00.
  • You must register your child at the grade level that he/she is in THIS YEAR.
  • All registration will be done online via the school website at www.jefferson.k12.wi.us.  DO NOT hand deliver them to the school.  They will be sent back to you.  Please be careful entering in your student’s information so we have correct data (name, grade, class choices, etc.)
  • Parents enrolling Students in Summer School classes will register starting April 14 at 4:00 pm.  Parents can register online from your own home computer beginning at 4 p.m.  If you do not have computer access at home, you may register at Jefferson High School in one of our computer labs on April 14 from 4:00-8:00 pm.  Remember that its first come first served for classes, and some classes will fill quickly.

 

 

Online Registration Directions

1.  Go to the School District of Jefferson website: www.jefferson.k12.wi.us  Choose the Summer School Menu option on the left side of the screen.

2. Click on the link: 2010 Summer School Registration (The link will not be up until April 14 at 4:00.)  If you want to bookmark the site, make sure that you “refresh” the page before registering on April 14.

3. Follow step 1 and click “create” – fill in your last name, home phone, and the email address where you want to be contacted.  Please be accurate with your email address, we will be using email to contact you on occasion and you will be emailed a password to re-enter the site.  Then click on “submit”.  This will take you immediately to the “Family Information” screen.  Complete that page and then click “Update Family Info”. 

   NOTE: If you do not have email, please type in your name in the following format, LastnameFirstname.

4. The next step is to click on “Add New Student”. This is where you will put in each child and choose his/her classes.

5.  Choose “Detail” to update Student Information.  Complete Fields – Current grade is what grade student just completed.  When finished click “Update Student Info”.

6.  Pick classes:  make sure to pick classes for each hour.  Once all classes are chosen for your child, click “Print List”; choose the Health Form to input important health information for summer school.

7.  Choose “Family Page” – At this point, add additional students (if you are registering more than one), or choose payment type.

8.  If you choose to pay by check, and you are unable to pay at registration night make your choice and mail to:

9.  Make sure to choose “Done” to submit your registration.  Your schedule will be e-mailed back to you.   If you do not have email, you can sign up to receive a printed copy before you leave registration.

10.  To re-enter the site, you will be emailed a password.  Go directly to Step 2 “login id”.  You can re-enter to make changes or print your schedule.
