Approval of January 10, 2011 Committee Minutes: A motion to approve the January 10, 2011 minutes of
the Policy and Community Engagement Committee as presented was made by Mrs. Pupanek,
seconded by Mr. Hollenberger. The motion

Summer School Handbook: Mr. Howard
explained that the logistics of changing locations from the high school to the
middle school and west elementary are as yet being finalized. He noted that Bowling will be the one new
class being offered. Following committee
review, this handbook will be presented at the full Board on February 28, 2011.

Revisions to Employee Recognition Plan: Mr. Swartz explained the modification to the
